My name is Jessica Waytashek and I live in Northern Minnesota with my husband Kurt and two out of our three boys.  There is never a dull moment around our household! My youngest is in second grade this year, my middle son in 9th grade and my oldest is out making it out on his own.  I do TONS of laundry, make lots of food, shop, clean and provide shuttle service on a regular basis.

I work full-time from home as a Digital Health Coach for Omada Health.  I have the amazing opportunity to watch others gain self-confidence and transform their health by changing their behaviors.  My role is to be their support system and to help them identify areas where they could be doing things a little bit differently to improve their health.  I don’t promote fad diets or gimmicky products. I promote behavior changes.  What does that mean? It means that I listen to what you do on a daily basis, help you identify what typically holds you back from making the decisions you want to and I suggest ways to change your current behaviors.  I encourage and push you to make exercise and healthy food decisions a daily part of your life – those are the key behaviors that we want to build when working together. No pills, devices, clothing or diet will improve your life like eating healthy and exercising!

I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health & Wellness Management from the University of Wisconsin.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer through Neta.  I am a Certified Piyo Live Instructor and teach classes in the Pequot Lakes area.  My passion and purpose are to share my love of health and fitness with others!
