My name is Jessica Waytashek and I live in Northern Minnesota with my husband Kurt and two out of our three boys. There is never a dull moment around our household! My youngest just completed second grade, my middle son just completed 9th grade and my oldest is making it out on his own. I do TONS of laundry, make lots of food, shop, clean and provide shuttle service on a regular basis.

I work full-time from home as a Digital Health Coach for Omada Health. In the evenings, I often teach a yoga class a time or two during the week. I have the amazing opportunity to watch others gain self-confidence and transform their health by changing their behaviors. My role is to be their support system and to help them identify areas where they could be doing things a little bit differently to improve their health. I don't promote fad diets or gimmicky products. I promote behavior changes. What does that mean? It means that I listen to what you do on a daily basis, help you identify what typically holds you back from making the decisions you want to and I suggest ways to change your current behaviors. I encourage and push you to make exercise and healthy food decisions a daily part of your life - those are the key behaviors that we want to build when working together. No pills, devices, clothing or diet will improve you life like eating healthy and exercising!

*Certified Holistic Nutritionist through the American Fitness and Professionals Association

*Certified Personal Trainer through Neta

*Certified Yoga Strong and PiYo Instructor and teach classes in the Pequot Lakes area
